There’s a special energy in the air at Portable Backdrops once the Christmas season arrives. Orders increase, timelines tighten, and churches across the country begin preparing for their Advent and Christmas Eve services. Inside our shop, that excitement is matched with purpose—every design we create and every panel we build is crafted to support meaningful moments in your Holiday Season.
The Design Wall: Where Every Set is Checked
After printing, CNC cutting, and assembly are complete, our team takes your set to our design wall in the office, allowing our team to review, refine, and approve every piece before it ships out.
With a massive wall in our shop for CNC cuts, and a smaller wall in our offices to check prints, we diligently inspect each set before it's sealed to ship off. During the Christmas season, these walls become especially magical, filled with nativity silhouettes, midnight blues, glittering golds, and warm holiday color palettes.
Before a single panel leaves the building, it’s held up, inspected, and compared to the client’s vision. It’s our way of ensuring that what arrives on your doorstep reflects the excellence your season deserves.
In the Shop: Arch Assembly in Full Swing
This year, our Arch collection has been one of our most exciting new additions. Bringing a brand-new product to market is a process—from design and material testing to creating shipping systems that protect each piece in transit.
Right now, in the shop, you’ll find our team assembling arches, fine-tuning hardware, and even building custom shipping boxes so every arch arrives safely. It’s hands-on, thoughtful work that represents the heart of our company: always willing to innovate and always willing to do the hard work to get it right.

Guaranteed Arrival Before Christmas Eve Services
Even with every order made to order, we are committed to getting your sets out the door on time. Our team has been hard at work this week getting orders out the door that were guaranteed to arrive before Advent. After this week, orders made will begin arriving in the first week of December. At this time, we are still able to guarantee arrival before Christmas Eve. Your timeline matters, and we are honored to play a small part in your preparations.
