You need 1 leg set (2 legs) per tower/column that you have.

The panels ship via FedEx ground. Shipping costs vary based on region. East coast, Midwest and Southeast states, ship $65 per box. For all other states, shipping is $84 per box. We ship 4 panels per box. Shipping for cover boxes is $55. We ship 12 covers per box. Panel legs and lighting fixtures ship free!

Yes! We now ship to Canada, the United Kingdom and Mexico. Shipping estimates are available upon request.

All orders are built to order. Once your order is placed, we will give you an estimated shipping date based on current stock and warehouse timing. When your order is paid for, we will place it in our warehouse queue and send tracking to you once it ships out.

All orders ship from Indiana.

The panels and panel covers are manufactured and shipped from our shop in Noblesville, Indiana.

The panels are made from steel tubing and a coroplast center that is adhered to the steel via velcro. Coroplast is the plastic equivalent of cardboard and is a white translucent color.

Here are the steps and what is involved:

1. Send us a sketch or drawing of what you are looking for to our email: info@jnepro.com. In the email please include the file you are looking to recreate in an .eps format. We do not do any designing but instead take your file and convert it to our CNC software. In the email please include how you imagine this set being configured on your stage with your panels. (Example: Set will span 5 towers wide with 3 large panels in each tower)

2. From your information, we will put together a proof for you and send it for approval.

3. After we have your approval, we will send you an invoice for payment. Once you pay, it will be put into our production queue to be created and shipped out.

Please Note:

-There is a $75/hour fee for all custom work.

-The customization process usually takes about 3-4 weeks from the start of the first conversation to when product will ship out from our warehouse.

We recommend using 1 lighting fixture per tower/column that you have.

We recommend using a bar or strip light to illuminate your panels. This allows the light to be evenly dispersed over the width of the panel. There is one fixture we recommend and keep in stock and that is the Chauvet Colorband Pix. This fixture allows for special effects and color chasing as well as a general wash of the panels if that is desired.

Yes! You can get printed or colored coroplast to be put on your panels. This would be used more for signage then for stage design. The coroplast will be opaque instead of the translucent color.

There is a 20% restocking fee for all materials returned (backdrop panels, leg sets, panel covers, casing, lighting, accessories...). Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to JNE Productions and for all return shipping fees. The customer will also forfeit the original shipping cost when returning items.
